Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking an Accountant in Kraków to ensure accurate financial operations and streamline processes. You will manage invoices, records, AP cycles, and balance reconciliations while supporting month-end close and tax reporting in a dynamic, globally focused team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting (ACCA preferred), 2+ years of accounting experience, and strong English and Excel skills. ERP system experience (Sage, D365) is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Experience with Sage, D365 or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle primary accounting documents such as invoices, bank statements, and more.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in our Sage ERP system.
• Manage the AP cycle, including recording invoices, preparing payments, and reconciliations.
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts, including banking, customer, vendor, and accruals.
• Prepare the trial balance and other materials for month-end close.
• Participate in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports.
• Assist with statutory and tax audits.
• Work with finance team to implement financial strategies.
