Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking an Accountant to join our finance team in Kraków. You will handle primary accounting documents, maintain records in Sage ERP, manage the AP cycle, and contribute to month-end close and tax preparations.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in accounting or ACCA, 2+ years in accounting, ERP experience (Sage/D365), strong English and Excel, and a well-organized, self-motivated approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or ACCA qualified
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Proven experience in monthly and year-end closing
• Experience with Sage or D365 ERP is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English and Excel proficiency
• Well-organized and able to work with limited supervision

Responsibilities

• Handle invoices, bank statements, and primary documents
• Maintain accurate records in Sage ERP
• Manage AP cycle: record invoices, prepare payments, reconciliations
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts (banking, customer, vendor, accruals)
• Prepare trial balance and month-end close materials
• Assist with tax returns and financial reports
• Support statutory and tax audits
• Collaborate with finance team to implement financial strategies
