Job summary

Aristocrat, a world leader in gaming content and technology, seeks an Accountant to join its finance team in Kraków, Poland. You will manage invoices, bank reconciliations, and the AP cycle while ensuring accurate financial records in the D365 ERP system.

The role requires 2+ years in accounting, a degree in accounting or ACCA, strong English and Excel skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting.
• Proven experience in monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Experience in D365 or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle primary accounting documents such as invoices, bank statements, and more.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in our D365 ERP system.
• Manage the AP cycle, including recording invoices, preparing payments, and reconciliations.
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts, including banking, customers, vendors, and accruals.
• Prepare the trial balance and other materials for month-end close.
• Assist with tax returns and financial reports; participate in audits.
• Work with finance team to implement financial strategies.
