Job summary

Align Technology is seeking an Events Representative to support the delivery of clinical education events across EMEA. You’ll coordinate face-to-face and online events, working with Events Leads, the Central Events team, suppliers and other partners to create consistent, high‑quality experiences and accurate event data.

In this role you’ll manage event workflows in Asana, oversee budgets and logistics, resolve operational challenges, and drive process improvements across the region.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Events, Communications or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in event operations, administration or a similar specialist role.
• Experience in the healthcare device industry or an event agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce, CRM platforms, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical education event workflow in Asana, delivering face-to-face and online events across EMEA.
• Independently manage complex event operations to support Events Leads across EMEA and resolve operational challenges.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Central Events and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate venue sourcing to ensure best value and quality for events across EMEA.
• Support event budget coordination, monitor forecast vs actual spend, and provide ROI reporting insights.
• Act as administrator of the Event Management Tool, ensuring data quality and reporting improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements for scalable event management across EMEA.
• Coordinate event materials planning, forecasting and logistics, including supplier issues.
• Communicate with partners and the EMEA team in English, both written and spoken.
