Job summary

GRID esports in Wrocław, Poland is seeking a Tournament Coordinator to own the operational lifecycle of assignments from planning to live delivery and post-event reviews.

You will coordinate formats, schedules and stakeholder needs across GRID teams, partners and publishers, ensuring readiness and timely execution. This role emphasizes project coordination, risk management and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex events or esports tournaments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational planning, coordination and delivery of assigned GRID tournaments.
• Coordinate tournament formats, schedules, competitive structures, invitations, registrations and requirements.
• Ensure delivery meets timelines, scope, budgets and quality standards.
• Maintain event readiness and clear handovers into live operations.
• Act as primary operational contact with GRID teams, publishers, partners and stakeholders.
• Lead post-event reviews and reporting.
