Job summary

GRID esports is seeking a Tournament Coordinator to join our Tournament Services team and take operational ownership of assigned tournaments from initial planning through live delivery and post-event review.

You will translate objectives into actionable plans, coordinate people, systems and dependencies, and maintain event readiness while managing risks and keeping stakeholders aligned. This role requires strong communication and multitasking across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

Experience in tournament operations, esports, event operations, or related delivery roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate multiple workstreams, deadlines and dependencies.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end operational planning, coordination and delivery of assigned GRID tournaments.
Coordinate formats, schedules, competitive structures, invitations, registrations and requirements.
Ensure delivery aligns with timelines, scope, budgets and quality standards.
Maintain event readiness and manage operational risks throughout the lifecycle.
Act as the primary operational contact for assigned tournaments and stakeholders.
Lead post-event operational reviews and debriefs.
