Job summary

GRID esports is seeking a Sales Manager – Betting & Odds to drive growth of its official data‑powered esports odds business with betting operators worldwide. You will identify, engage and win new operator customers for GRID's odds solutions, and collaborate with product, trading and commercial teams to tailor the right offering.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in sports betting or related field.
• Direct experience selling odds or betting-related products to operators.
• Understanding of how sportsbook operators work and how data fits their offering.
• Track record of turning opportunities into customers.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to translate needs into propositions.
• Confident communication and presentation skills for multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive, self-starting approach to pipeline management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, international environment; interest in esports.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
