Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring an Employee Lifecycle Partner, EMEA to drive employment lifecycle execution across the region, with deep operational ownership in Poland. This role sits inside a People Operations function that runs like a product team – oriented around systems, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.

We are building modern people operations for a company at the frontier of AI infrastructure, and this role is a core part of that.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in People Operations or HR Operations across EMEA.
• Multi-country EMEA experience across more than one European country.
• Polish employment law fluency and practical knowledge.
• Workday HCM experience with lifecycle transactions.
• Strong process improvement instincts and automation mindset.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle operations across EMEA: onboarding, offboarding, changes, transfers, and leaves.
• Maintain Workday data integrity for the EMEA population.
• Handle Tier 1 and 2 employee inquiries with clear resolutions.
• Collaborate with Payroll on lifecycle transactions and deadlines.
• Identify friction points and build automated improvements.
• Support readiness for new country/entity launches in EMEA.
• Apply continuous improvement to shape the function.
