Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. is seeking a Client Finance Manager to lead a geographically dispersed finance team across EMEA, acting as the financial liaison between the operational team and the client.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, monthly variance analysis, data integrity, and delivering client financial reports. You will coach the team, drive process improvements, and uphold high standards of financial discipline across the region.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent is required.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) is preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar position with international exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear direction and strategic financial advice to the JLL team working on the Client.
• Oversee a dispersed finance team across multiple countries in EMEA.
• Budgeting and forecasting for the client account; monthly variance analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and robust financial controls including SOX compliance.
• Produce client financial reports and support financial administration across the region.
