Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Warsaw is seeking a Client Finance Manager to lead a geographically dispersed EMEA finance team, oversee budgeting, forecasting and reporting for a key client account, and ensure financial controls and compliance.

You will partner with operating teams, drive cost efficiency, manage SOX controls, and mentor a 2–5 person team; a university degree and professional accounting qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent.
• Qualified member of a professional accounting body (e.g. ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
• Experience with international clients or teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and financial advisory to the client and JLL team.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly variance analysis for the client account.
• Ensure data integrity, controls, SOX compliance and timely reporting.
• Manage and develop a geographically dispersed finance team across EMEA.
• Oversee payment processing, inter‑departmental charging and client invoicing.
