Zusammenfassung

JLL in Warsaw seeks a senior finance leader to head Controllership for REMS across multiple EMEA countries. You will manage a team of Senior Associates and Interns, own the monthly close, and ensure high-quality reporting and compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP.

You'll drive process improvements, collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors, and partner with business units and corporate finance to deliver accurate, timely financials.

Qualifikationen

• Strong technical accounting expertise in US GAAP and local statutory reporting.
• Experience leading finance professionals and teams to achieve deadlines and accuracy.
• Masters in Accounting/Finance; ACCA/CPA/CMA is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach the Controllership Senior Associates and Interns across multiple countries.
• Own the monthly and year-end close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Local GAAP and JLL policies; escalate complex issues.
• Oversee statutory reporting and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Drive process improvements, automation and standardization across countries.
