Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Benefits Program Manager for the EMEA region to shape and execute employee benefits across markets. You will balance customer-focused programming with cost containment, leveraging data and technology for a superior employee experience.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with People Ops, Payroll, HRIS, IT, and vendors, ensuring compliant programs and effective change management at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Benefits or HR roles with global exposure.
• Knowledge of global statutory benefits requirements.
• Knowledge of global government regulations (EEOC, ADA, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Strong knowledge of benefits program design and management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee employee benefits programs aligned with company goals.
• Develop and execute communications plans for benefits changes.
• Create efficient delivery models for benefits with internal/ external support and technology.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts/ renewals, performance reviews.
