This role is under temporary contract till 1st November 2027.
Supporting the Global Benefits team, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional benefits experience by managing comprehensive, high-quality benefits programs and services across the EMEA region. You will collaborate closely with external brokers and vendors, as well as internal partners and functions such as Compensation, People & Communities Partners, Country Consultants, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Legal, and Information Security.
What you’ll do
- Support Benefits Leaders and Benefit Consulting team, learning hands-on within a portfolio of 60 EMEA countries.
- Conduct end-to-end employee medical benefits surveys across EMEA before annual renewals, analyze employee sentiment, utilization trends and survey findings, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for benefits design, renewal discussions and employee experience improvements.
- Participate and complete benefits surveys & analyze market data to determine company's competitive position in employee benefits.
- Assist in planning, developing, and redesigning benefits programs and analyzing benefit costs.
- Ensure company compliance with local legislation and managing processes and contractual requirements through the legal and information security teams
- Support the resolution of complex benefits inquiries and escalations received through People Support, partnering with vendors, brokers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective outcomes for employees.
- Perform benefits and vendor audits by validating data, reviewing processes and controls, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Help drive pricing negotiation, new work requests.
- Coordinate with all parties to ensure successful project delivery using the right method (Prince 2 or Agile or Lean Six Sigma) depending on the challenge/implementation required.
- Facilitate resolutions and ensure seamless integration of benefits systems with IT infrastructure.
- Create and build awareness around the benefits and refer feedback and data to our benefits technology partners; and finally.
- Work closely with the wellbeing team to help drive engagement of wellbeing and global benefits / initiatives.
- 2 – 4 years of employee benefits experience in the EMEA region
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience orchestrating work across a network of internal and external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
- Experience presenting data, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across diverse and geographically dispersed teams
- Ability to work independently managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, international and virtual environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience with benefit benchmarking surveys such as Mercer, WTW, Aon, and similar providers
- Proficiency in utilizing survey tools and analyzing employee feedback data to derive actionable insights
- Demonstrated experience supporting compliance reviews, audits, or governance activities related to employee benefits
- Experience working within multinational organizations or environments focused on the EMEA region
