Job summary

Zendesk in Kraków is seeking a Benefits Program Manager to shape and execute our regional employee benefits strategy, balancing a human-centered experience with cost containment. You will act as SME for EMEA, lead global initiatives, and partner with People Operations, Payroll, HRIS, IT and vendors to optimize programs.

The role requires 7+ years in benefits/HR, strong regulatory knowledge (GDPR, EEOC, HIPAA), excellent data analytics, and proven change management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years HR/benefits experience.
• Knowledge of global statutory benefits requirements.
• GDPR and related regulations knowledge.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee benefits programs aligned with company goals.
• Develop communication plans for benefit programs and changes.
• Design efficient delivery models for benefits with internal/external support.
• Manage vendor contracts and monitor performance.
