Job summary

Marsh in Warsaw is seeking a Client Service Representative Facility with German for our European Business Support Center. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office weekly.

You will support policy management, invoicing, and customer communication in English and German, using CRM to manage quotes and contracts. Insurance knowledge is preferred and opportunities for development are available.

Client Service Representative Facility with German

We are seeking a talented individual to join our European Business Support Center (EBSC) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

EBSC has taken over operations from Marsh Europe to enable our colleagues to focus directly on clients. In our daily work, we strive for efficiency, high quality, and outstanding results delivered in a timely manner. Our scope of service includes policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, sales support activities, and more. We will count on you to:
