Tieto Poland is hiring a Troubleshooter for 5G/LTE software support. You will maintain embedded software in C on a proprietary hardware platform, diagnose issues, and decide if problems are software-related to route to R&D.

You will work with the baseband software team, analysts, and labs to investigate TRs, apply fixes, and assist upper support levels. Hybrid work and ongoing trainings are provided.

Formación

• Knowledge of LTE/5G protocol (Uu interface) and related layers (PHY, MAC, RLC).
• Experience reading and understanding C code.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for 4G/5G networks.
• Linux terminal usage: copy/edit/delete files, navigating directories.
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze Trouble Reports and determine if issues are software-related.
• Coordinate with R&D to prepare fixes in code when needed.
• Support upper tiers and testers, and work with labs testing new software.
• Use scripts to analyze large data sets and diagnose network performance.
