Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking an Eligibility and Accumulator Analyst for a full-time role in Poland.

You will join the Production Support team responsible for monitoring eligibility, accumulator, and claims-related processes, responding to incidents, and ensuring critical workflows run reliably. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in healthcare data, strong SQL and Python notebook experience, and a meticulous approach to data quality, GDPR/HIPAA compliance, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of professional experience in a related field.
• Experience in healthcare data, eligibility, accumulators or claims.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Moderate to advanced SQL proficiency.
• Experience reviewing complex Python notebooks.
• Strong data analysis skills with large datasets.
• Experience with regulated data and compliance (GDPR/ HIPAA/PHI/PII).
• Excellent attention to detail and results orientation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to investigate issues and derive root causes.
• Proactive, with clear communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by troubleshooting and escalations for product-related issues.
• Monitor inbound/outbound file exchanges and data quality for assigned vendors/clients.
• Execute SQL queries to retrieve/update data in relational databases.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and root causes.
• Identify risks and emerging trends across workflows and implement mitigations.
• Document and track support cases and share knowledge for future reference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and deliver results.
• Support testing of new configurations and validate impact on data processing.
