Vention is hiring a Data Analyst to join our Krakow team. You will check data accuracy, profile data through ETL processes, and trace anomalies to root causes. Collaborate with data engineers to keep the warehouse reliable and well understood.

Requirements include 2 years in data analysis, Python/SQL proficiency, and experience with PostgreSQL data warehouses. English at B2 level is expected. Hybrid, full-time role in Krakow with growth opportunities and AI-driven tools.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience working with data warehouses, ideally PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data quality profiling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• B2 English level, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Check data accuracy and consistency across our data warehouse (PostgreSQL).
• Work through ETL processes to profile data and identify quality issues.
• Trace anomalies back to their root cause.
• Document the business rules that govern the data.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to keep the data warehouse reliable and well understood.
