Job summary

Svitla Systems, Inc. is seeking an Eligibility and Accumulator Analyst for a full-time, Poland-based position within our Production Support team. You will monitor data processing, eligibility, accumulators, and related workflows, and respond to incidents.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in healthcare data, strong SQL and Python notebook skills, and the ability to analyze large datasets while ensuring GDPR/PHI compliance. Remote or hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in the healthcare domain.
• 4+ years of professional experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Experience reviewing and understanding complex Python notebooks.
• Strong data analysis skills with large datasets.
• Experience with regulated data and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, PHI, PII).
• Strong communication, time-management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and escalations for customers.
• Monitor inbound/outbound file exchanges and data quality for vendors and clients.
• Execute SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data in relational databases.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and root causes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement mitigation plans and improvements.
• Document data processing workflows, code, and issue resolutions.
• Support testing of new configurations and validate their impact.
