Job summary

S3 Connected Health is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our global healthcare tech team. You will interact with customers and stakeholders, translate needs into user stories and system specs, and drive backlog prioritization in an Agile environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and delivering value in complex enterprise systems. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in customer-facing analyst roles, a CS/EE degree, and strong Polish & English communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing System Analyst role on large, scalable enterprise projects in healthcare preferred.
• BS or MS degree in CS or Electronics Engineering or closely related field.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving, with excellent written and spoken English and Polish.
• Excellent organization, business awareness, customer focus and relationship building.
• Attention to detail under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from customers and stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Elicit, analyze, and dokument requirements; translate to user stories and system specs.
• Lead backlog management and prioritize stories to maximize value.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure delivery aligns with customer needs.
• Support process improvements to boost productivity and reduce complexity.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members at all levels; use visuals when helpful.
• Proactively resolve issues within timelines, budgets, and resource constraints; work in Agile.

Senior Systems Analyst

Location:

Working as a Senior Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Interaction with customers and various project stakeholders, including worldwide experts from the healthcare domain, to gather the requirements, understand business needs, and customer expectations
• Elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements
• Leading the translation of business and user requirements into user stories and system requirements
• Backlog management and prioritization of user stories accordingly to maximize value delivery
• Working with the development team to support and ensure accurate delivery of business requirements and customer needs
• Supporting the implementation of processes that increase productivity without introducing unnecessary complexity
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members, at all levels of the organization to solve complex business and process challenges, using written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
• Proactively solving issues within timelines, technology limitations, budgets, and resource constraints
• Working in an Agile environment

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in a customer-facing System Analyst role in large, highly scalable enterprise system project, ideally in the Healthcare domain
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or closely related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and strong verbal communication skills (Polish & English)
• Organization & business awareness, including customer focus and strong relationship building
• Ability to maintain attention to detail in high-pressure situations

Experience in any of the following areas is a distinct advantage:

• UML and BPML
• Defining medical systems
• Usability testing and customer acceptance testing
• Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO13485, and FDA certification requirements
