Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a New Technology Manager Electrophysiology for the North Region to drive strategy, build KOL relationships, and optimize market reach across Poland and neighboring Baltic states.

You will guide pricing, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless product availability and successful campaigns in AFIB, stroke, and heart rhythm care.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of general medical device experience (preferable clinical support).
Excellent spoken and written English.
Willingness to travel up to 50% within North Region.

Responsibilities

Involvement in EMEA marketing calls concerning strategies and events for Electrophysiology portfolio.
Monitor ICPs and set/adjust base price lists for the portfolio.
Support North events planning, ensuring compliance with J&J guidelines and promotional materials.
Keep sales teams informed about product knowledge, market trends and industry developments.
Collaborate with operations to align sales forecasts with order fulfillment.
Develop launch strategies for North/CEE when new products are introduced or portfolio switches.
Lead initiatives to improve product mix and create innovative deals.
Manage daily product management operations with minimal supervision.
Create presentations and reports highlighting KPIs and market complexities.
Use predictive analytics to forecast product performance and portfolio enhancements.
