Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech division seeks a Clinical Account Specialist to promote BW products, provide clinical support during EP procedures, and drive growth across the assigned territory.

You will deliver high-quality training, build relationships with hospitals, and collaborate with the sales team to advance cardiovascular care. This role is based in Warsaw (or Lublin) and requires 90% hospital work, fluency in English and Polish, and a medical/technical background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical, technical, biomedical, or related field.
• Readiness to work primarily in a hospital environment (~90%).
• Strong relationship-building skills and professional communication.
• High energy, self-motivation, and time management.
• Fluent English; native Polish required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical and technical support during EP procedures, guiding mapping and ablation workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time to ensure smooth procedure flow.
• Build deep expertise in arrhythmia and 3D mapping technologies.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and tailor solutions to clinical needs.
• Deliver high-quality training sessions for new and existing users.
• Collaborate with the sales team on customer education and development initiatives.
• Support the long-term growth of EP centers across the territory.
