Job summary

ALTEN Polska seeks a talented electronics designer to join our Kraków team on-site. You will design electronic devices, create documentation, perform circuit calculations, and support prototype testing across the development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering or MSc in Electronics, with hands-on experience in digital/analog circuits, MCUs, and CAD/simulation tools, and communicates in English at B2 level. We offer stable cooperation and long-term projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Master Degree in Electronics (or similar).
• Experience in designing and testing digital and analog circuits with particular focus on microcontroller devices, medium power analog circuits and signal measurement.
• Proficiency with CAD and simulation tools.
• Good English skills (B2).

Responsibilities

• Design electronic devices.
• Create design documentation (schematics, PCBs, electrical characteristics, etc.).
• Circuit calculations and simulations, validation and prototype testing.
• Prepare plans and support validation testing for prototypes.
• Liaise with suppliers of electronic components and tools to support design.
• Suggest cost and quality improvements to existing designs.
• EMC design and optimization.
