Job summary
Siemens Energy is seeking an Electrical Systems Lead Engineer for Execution of Power Plant Projects to organize tasks for international projects and collaborate with a distributed team to advance the transition toward balanced energy, crafting control centers and excitation systems.
You will define component requirements, work with suppliers on wiring diagrams and schematics using COMOS and plant design software, and travel up to 5% to sites and client offices.
Qualifications
- Solid background in electrical systems for power plants and energy projects.
- Experience with digitalization tools like COMOS and plant design software.
- Basic knowledge of LV/MV switchgear and power control centers.
Responsibilities
- Organize tasks for international projects and collaborate with a distributed team.
- Define component requirements and design electrical auxiliaries for turbines and generators.
- Coordinate with suppliers on wiring diagrams, schematics, and data sheets to meet specs.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and support factory acceptance tests.
