Job summary

Air Liquide Engineering & Construction in Kraków, Poland seeks a Civil & Structural Engineer to deliver civil and structural designs for large-scale energy and industrial projects. You will work with lead engineers, cross-functional teams, and vendors to deliver safe, cost-efficient, and robust solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil & Structural Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and structural software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil and structural design within industrial/oil & gas/petrochemical sectors.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and listed engineering software.
• Eligible to work legally in Poland.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Execute civil and structural engineering work within schedule, budget, and quality constraints.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, calculations, drawings and other documents per project standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Review vendor documents and resolve technical site queries.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality Plans and project lessons learned.
• Participate in site visits and inspections as required.
