Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a Civil & Structural Lead Engineer to join our Kraków team, reporting to the Head of Civil & Structural. You will lead an in-house team and external engineers, ensuring quality of engineering documents and adherence to contract requirements.

You will forecast man-hours, quantities, and costs, manage milestones, and monitor deviations while fostering a safety-focused, collaborative environment in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of civil and structural engineering experience in an industrial environment.
• Drafting and designing for foundations, buildings and structural steel with calculations and drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and related software; professional licensing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of civil and structural engineers in-house and externally outside AL premises.
• Ensure quality of engineering documents and material supply according to contract requirements.
• Provide realistic and reliable forecasts on man-hour consumption, quantities, cost and milestones.
• Manage man-hour consumption, quantities, cost, milestones, freezing dates and deviations.
