Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the performance, reliability, and long-term integrity of critical power infrastructure. The role involves solving technical challenges in complex electrical systems and contributing to asset improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with MV/HV systems, fault analysis, and lifecycle management, with fluent Polish and English. The position may offer hybrid working arrangements in a growing energy sector.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or similar role.
• Experience in engineering, design, utility, or power generation environments.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Requirements

• Experience gained within an engineering, design, utility, or power generation environment.
• Good understanding of MV/HV systems and equipment, including transformers, switchgear, and protection systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in technical troubleshooting.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with power cables, including design, installation, testing, diagnostics, or operation.
• Knowledge of asset management, reliability engineering, or lifecycle management principles.
