Job summary

FERCHAU Poland invites an Electrical Design Engineer to join our team in Gdańsk. We seek an inquiring mind with a passion for quality and a strong background in electrical design for industrial plants.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical engineering, fluency in English, and proficiency with EPLAN P8. The position offers a B2B contract with hybrid work and occasional trips to Norway, plus medical and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering for industrial plants and piping installations.
Fluent English; willingness to travel regularly to Norway; offshore/marine/subsea experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design electrical, instrumentation and control systems for industrial plant projects.
Prepare electrical documentation and schematics using EPLAN P8.
Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate materials and technical interfaces throughout project execution.
Collaborate with international engineering teams and client representatives.
Support project delivery through regular onsite visits and technical meetings.
