Job summary

Sweco Design Center Poland is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań or remote in Poland. You will design electrical systems for buildings and industrial facilities, focusing on low-voltage distribution, lighting and emergency power.

Responsibilities include creating technical specifications and drawings, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring design quality, and delivering sustainable, cost-effective engineering solutions across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in design and documentation of electrical systems for buildings or industrial facilities.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit.
• Strong understanding of low-voltage power distribution, lighting and emergency power systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Nice to have: knowledge of FebDok, DIALux, Python, Dynamo or Power Automate; familiarity with Norwegian and European standards.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for buildings and industrial facilities, including low-voltage power distribution, lighting, emergency power and backup systems.
• Prepare technical specifications, design calculations, drawings, tender documentation and construction documents in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers from other disciplines and site personnel to ensure integrated design, technical compliance and efficient project delivery.
• Ensure quality control of design calculations, drawings and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop practical, cost-effective and sustainable engineering solutions.
