Job summary

Arup in Poland is seeking an Assistant Electrical Engineer to join our Warsaw team. You will contribute to innovative electrical designs for sustainable buildings, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help deliver projects for local and international clients.

The role requires a degree in electrical engineering, 2–3 years of post-qualification experience, and fluency in English and Polish. Knowledge of Revit or willingness to learn is valued, along with familiarity with Polish or

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification.
2–3 years post-qualification practical experience in a similar role.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering systems.
Revit or willingness to learn intensively to create or edit models and documentation.
Knowledge of Polish technical and construction regulations, industry standards or international standards.
Fluent English and Polish language skills.

Responsibilities

Support the design of innovative concepts and electrical engineering designs.
Assist with the sizing and calculation of various electrical engineering components.
Support tendering and procurement processes.
Assist with cost calculations and estimates.
Work closely with colleagues from multidiscipline teams.
