Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking an Electrical Components Engineer to join our international product development team in Żarów, Poland. You will act as the technical lead for selected electrical components, coordinating activities across stakeholders and driving development from concept through validation and industrialization.

You will work with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to define robust technical solutions, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support cost reduction and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical component development in R&D.
• Solid knowledge of electrical components for household appliances.
• Familiarity with national and international safety and testing standards.
• Experience with CAD tools (CATIA, NX).
• Ability to communicate clearly and work in cross-functional teams.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical & electro-mechanical components for care products.
• Lead electrical components development projects and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Contribute to design, validation, and industrialization of components.
• Create engineering drawings of electrical components.
• Ensure electrical safety and conformity testing per IEC, CE, UL, and other standards.
• Support cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives for electrical components.
• Participate in supplier development and technical support activities.
• Conduct functional and reliability tests per Electrolux specifications.
