Job summary

Relativity in Kraków is seeking an Education Operations Specialist to support the execution and improvement of education programs. You will help manage learning systems, scheduling, and stakeholder communications to ensure high-quality learning experiences while driving automation and scalable processes.

The role focuses on operational efficiency, collaboration with Finance and Legal teams, and delivering training and certification programs across our cloud-based education platforms.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic experience working with learning management systems (LMS).
• Basic experience using AI tools.
• Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling activities, and LMS updates.
• Review and manage flagged candidate attempts.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to education programs in a timely manner.
• Execute training and certification contracts while collaborating with Finance and Legal teams to refine and improve processes.
• Assist with program logistics and documentation, including scheduling trainings and webinars across internal systems.
• Support projects, process improvement initiatives, and AI-driven innovations that increase scalability and eliminate manual processes.
• Track action items and support timelines for team and department projects.
• Communicate program updates and project status to stakeholders.
