Job summary

Verisk Analytics in Kraków is seeking a Training Lead to design, develop and deliver Rulebook training, ensuring top‑quality onboarding and upskilling across configuration teams and clients.

You will partner with the Training Owner, create practical learning content, and introduce AI‑driven tools to enhance delivery while aligning with the product roadmap and compliance needs. This role demands strong pedagogy and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering technical training.
• Hands‑on experience with e‑learning content development tools (e.g., Articulate or Captivate).
• Experience creating training for software platforms or technical systems.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured learning content.
• Strong collaboration with SMEs, product teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Rulebook training programmes, including onboarding, upskilling, and certification pathways.
• Design and develop high‑quality training content and learning journeys for practical use.
• Act as the subject‑matter lead for training delivery, aligning with real‑world use cases and delivery standards.
• Introduce AI‑driven learning and knowledge tools to reduce reliance on senior team members.
• Partner with Config team to shape the training approach and align with roadmap.
• Drive training adoption and effectiveness through structured rollouts and feedback loops.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Rulebook Academy content and scalability.
