Job summary

Relativity is seeking an Education Operations Specialist to support the execution of education programs through administrative and operational activities that ensure the successful delivery of learning experiences. This role also contributes to process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies that help scale education programs and reduce manual effort.

You will coordinate LMS updates, manage contract execution with Finance and Legal, and contribute to automation

  • Assist with program logistics and documentation, including scheduling trainings and webinars across internal systems.
  • Support projects, process improvement initiatives, and AI-driven innovations that increase scalability and eliminate manual processes.
  • Track action items and support timelines for team and department projects.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary, benefits, DTO, parental leave, and equity program.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values: 96 000 and 144 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
