Job summary

The GPC Global Technology Center in Krakow is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the Commerce Services platform for B2B and B2C storefronts. You will translate business needs into well-formed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, collaborating with Product Owner, engineers, QA, and UX to ensure clear requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in a technical delivery role.
• 2–3 years in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• High proficiency in technical writing with ability to produce clear, precise requirements.
• Experience translating business requirements into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Basic working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or Python and SQL; familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of microservices, API-based integrations, and release processes (REST/OpenAPI; GraphQL a plus).
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and core commerce capabilities; automotive industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Jira for backlog management and Agile/Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, clarify, and document requirements for commerce domain services supporting B2B and B2C storefronts and internal tools.
• Create and maintain system diagrams, data flows, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support backlog readiness.
• Provide functional clarification to development and QA teams; assist with defect analysis and business acceptance.
• Document API and system integration requirements across ERP, PIM, search platforms, and other components.
