You will empower teams to deliver exceptional UX through discovery and rapid iteration, bridging vision and reliable performance to sustain competitive advantage in customisable furniture.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and scaling tech in ecommerce environments.
• Strong product development mindset and customer focus.
• Deep understanding of software architecture and engineering principles.
• Proven track record leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience defining and measuring technical and business KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the Ecommerce Engineering organization for value delivery and collaboration.
