Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking an EDI/ERP professional in Poland to manage electronic data compliance and operational monitoring of EDI transaction sets. The role involves supporting order management, logistics, purchasing, billing, and sales while enforcing established standards and SOX controls.

You will participate in cross-functional projects, SAP upgrades, and data integration efforts, working with a dynamic, global team to implement process improvements under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of business experience in EDI, Master Data Administration, Order Management, Logistics, Purchasing, Disbursements, Production, Quality, Finance, Billing, Planning, Sales.
  • Previous experience working in dynamic cross functional team environment.
  • Knowledge of Sales, Purchasing or Transportation operations is a plus.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in high pressure, sensitive situations.
  • Understands SAP platform, related bolt-on systems and data integration between systems and processes.
  • Ability to implement process improvements and work under aggressive deadlines.
  • SAP/ERP experience is required.
  • 2 years project management experience preferred - as part of project team and representing EBC, responsible for design and implementation of cross-functional projects.

Do you have proven experience of working in an International Shared Service Centre environment? If so, we would like to hear from you. Reporting to Global DA EMEA Manager, you will help in management of Electronic Data Compliance.
