Job summary

Qualifications

  • Accounting/Finance/Business degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Solid experience with Travel, Corporate Card, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or expense processing.
  • English proficiency required; other languages are a plus (Polish, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese).
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of management.
  • Knowledge of travel regulations and policies is required.
  • Proven ability to perform in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word; SAP knowledge is preferable; Concur is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Travel & T&E Team Manager to standardize travel operations.
  • Managing Travel and T&E portfolio.
  • Supporting travel policy to maximize cost efficiencies and provide traveler services.
  • Creating and interpreting value-added reports for audits, spend, trends, and variance analysis.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve work processes.
  • Working with system vendor to deploy site enhancements.
  • Performing T&E and P-Card audits.
  • Creating trainings for expense systems and cardholders.
  • Assisting team on new projects and ad hoc tasks.

  • Supporting EMEA and NA Travel and T&E Team Manager to simplify and standardize travel and T&E operations.
  • Managing Travel and T&E portfolio
  • Working with every level of employee throughout the company and being responsible for supporting the Travel Policy in maximizing cost efficiencies, while providing travel services that assist travellers in meeting Company objectives.
  • Creating, analyzing, and interpreting value added, custom reports to support audits, delinquency, supplier, exceptions, spend, trends and variance analysis.
  • Identifying work processes with opportunity for improvements.
  • Working with system supplier to identify and deploy site enhancements.
  • Performing standard prescribed T&E and P-Card audits.
  • Assembling, creating, and conducting expense system and cardholder trainings.
  • Supporting team members in new projects and ad hoc tasks .
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Accounting, Finance, Business Degree or equivalent will be an asset.
  • Solid business experience with Travel, Corporate Card, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, expense processing or related experience is required.
  • English proficiency is required. Other languages such as Polish French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese would be an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers at all levels of management.
  • Must possess and maintain knowledge of travel regulations and policies.
  • Proven ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational and practical problem solving skills.
  • Solid proficiency of MS Excel, Power Point & Word.
  • SAP knowledge is preferable, but not mandatory.
  • Concur knowledge would be an asset.
