Job summary

Euroclear Krakow is seeking a client-focused Administrator to join the Transaction Processing Client Service team, assisting financial institutions with day-to-day enquiries and supporting smooth cash and securities exchanges on the secondary markets.

In this international role, you will handle inquiries across channels, collaborate with operations and specialist teams to resolve issues, and keep clients informed throughout the process. English proficiency is required in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Join our Krakow team and help us to deliver a trusted service to financial institutions around the world.

As a part of our Transaction Processing Client Service team, you will be responsible for assisting our clients on their day-to-day enquiries, supporting a smooth and timely exchange of cash and securities on the secondary markets.

We are looking for someone who already has experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented type of role and is ready to take the next step in an international financial environment.
