Job summary

Euroclear Krakow is looking for a proactive Customer Service professional to support financial institutions worldwide. In the Transaction Processing Client Service team you will handle day-to-day enquiries and ensure smooth cash and securities exchanges in the secondary markets.

You will work across channels, resolve issues with operations and specialists, and help maintain high service quality in a fast-paced international environment, with a hybrid model combining office and remote work.

• Strong client-focused mindset and relationship-building.
• Good problem-solving skills with ownership of tasks.
• Organized and reliable, able to prioritize tasks.

Join our Krakow team and help us to deliver a trusted service to financial institutions around the world.

As a part of our Transaction Processing Client Service team, you will be responsible for assisting our clients on their day-to-day enquiries, supporting a smooth and timely exchange of cash and securities on the secondary markets.

We are looking for someone who already has experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented type of role and is ready to take the next step in an international financial environment.
