Job summary

AIKO Energy seeks a Marketing Manager for Eastern Europe to drive comprehensive marketing strategies across the region. You will lead branding, channel co-marketing, product marketing and communications to build brand presence and support partner ecosystems.

You will coordinate regional launches, promotions, and events, collaborating with global brand teams to ensure consistent messaging. Fluency in English and Polish is required, with sector experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in the European market, with emphasis on Eastern Europe.
• Proven expertise in B2B/B2C brand building, channel co-marketing, and value-based product marketing.
• Fluent in English and Polish, with additional Central & Eastern European languages a plus.
• Business-minded, results-driven, proactive and reliable in delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Experience in PV or renewable energy industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all marketing activities for Eastern Europe including branding, channel co-marketing, product marketing and communications.
• Lead regional product launches, seasonal promotions and targeted marketing initiatives.
• Establish and deepen joint-marketing partnerships with distributors and key partners across Eastern Europe.
• Plan regional brand events, industry trade shows, technical seminars, and customer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with global brand teams and European Marketing HQ to ensure consistent messaging and PR.
