Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Junior Planning Analyst in Stargard, Poland, to support material planning and inventory optimisation for production. You will forecast material demand, plan replenishments (including Kanban), monitor supplier deliveries, and uphold inventory accuracy while collaborating with Production and other Supply Chain partners.

This on-site role offers exposure to a regulated manufacturing environment and opportunities to improve planning processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, material planning or inventory management.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Experience using an enterprise resource planning system for material or inventory-related activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and planning activities.
• Experience analysing material demand, inventory levels or supplier delivery data in a manufacturing or operational environment.
• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in Kanban or similar replenishment methods.
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and forecast material demand based on production requirements and available inventory.
• Plan and order materials using replenishment methods, including Kanban, and prepare Kanban calculations.
• Monitor supplier deliveries and control the flow of components between suppliers, the warehouse and Production in terms of timing and quantity.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counting, Kanban audits and inventory management activities.
• Identify areas for improvement, propose countermeasures and cooperate with Production and other supply chain partners to improve material availability and flow.
