Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Operational Technology Supporter to be the go-to IT expert in production environments at our Stargard, Poland facility. You will provide advanced IT support for production systems and troubleshoot PLC-connected devices, printers, industrial PCs and the production network.

Reporting to the Global IT Support Manager, you will collaborate with IT Client Support and the GODE department in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure support, or manufacturing IT
• Experience supporting production or industrial environments
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network technologies
• Experience driving root cause analysis and implementing permanent corrective actions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with limited supervision

• Troubleshoot technologies connected to manufacturing cells, including PLC-connected systems, label printers, industrial PCs and workstations, and production network infrastructure

The Operational Technology Supporter is responsible for being the the go-to IT expert within production environments, driving incident resolution, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable improvements that enhance operational performance and reliability. This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and our global and local IT support team to ensure stable, secure, and efficient production.

This position reports to the Global IT Support Manager and is part of the Global IT department, working closely with IT Client Support and the Global Operations Digital Excellence (GODE) department. The position is an on-site role located at our facility in Stargard, Poland.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Provide advanced IT support for production-related systems and equipment.
• Support and troubleshoot technologies connected to manufacturing cells, including PLC-connected systems, Label printers and printing solutions, Industrial PCs and workstations, Production network connectivity and related infrastructure.
• Act as the primary IT escalation point for complex production issues impacting manufacturing operations.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• +3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure support, or manufacturing IT.
• Experience supporting production or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and network technologies.
• Experience driving root cause analysis and implementing permanent corrective actions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with limited supervision.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Some travel is to be expected, for participating in team events and/or workshops. No more than 5% travel is expected.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in

• Experience leading projects, driving process improvements, and working with cross-functional stakeholders in a complex global environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
