Job summary

Radiometer in Stargard Szczeciński, PL, is seeking a Junior Planning Analyst to support material planning and inventory optimisation on-site. The role focuses on analyzing demand, tracking deliveries, and improving planning processes to secure material availability for production.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field, 1–2 years of experience, and English at B2 level. Proficiency with ERP and Excel is valued to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, material planning or inventory management.
• English proficiency at B2 level and ERP/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and forecast material demand based on production requirements and inventory.
• Plan and order materials using replenishment methods including Kanban.
• Monitor supplier deliveries and control component flow between suppliers, warehouse and production.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counting and Kanban audits.
• Identify improvement opportunities and cooperate with Production and supply chain partners.
