Job summary

Huzzle is hiring a client-facing Email Account Executive with hands-on Klaviyo experience to manage multiple ecommerce accounts. This fully remote role centers on retention and lifecycle marketing, not outbound.

You will lead strategy, oversee campaign execution, collaborate with designers and internal teams, and drive measurable results through data-driven email campaigns. Excellent communication and project management are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
• Experience managing multiple ecommerce/DTC accounts.
• Strong background in email marketing for product-based brands.
• Confident leading client-facing strategy calls and driving decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Notion, Slack.
• Exposure to Omnisend, CRO, or paid traffic alignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, owning strategy and performance.
• Lead weekly client calls, present insights, and handle feedback professionally.
• Build, manage, and optimize campaigns and flows within Klaviyo.
• Create campaign briefs, oversee execution, and QA emails before sending.
• Monitor performance daily and track KPIs (open, click, revenue per recipient).
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven improvements.
• Propose and execute A/B tests, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle flows.
• Collaborate with designers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
