Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an E-Invoicing Expert to support assessment, design, and implementation of electronic invoicing requirements across multiple countries. You will work with business and technical stakeholders to translate regulatory demands into practical solutions across finance, tax, and transactional processes while driving readiness and execution.

You will collaborate with SAP ERP, OCR, EDICOM, and Vertex to ensure compliant and efficient end-to-end invoicing operations across markets,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-invoicing compliance, mandates, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with end-to-end e-invoicing ecosystems including SAP ERP and related tools.
• Knowledge of finance and transactional processes: R2R, O2C, P2P, Intercompany.
• Experience defining and managing mapping requirements across interconnected systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze electronic invoicing regulations and determine impact on operations and tech platforms.
• Define country-specific e-invoicing requirements focusing on EMEA and LATAM.
• Research regulatory information from local and international sources when needed.
• Assess dependencies across technology landscape including SAP ERP, OCR, EDICOM, Vertex.
• Develop mapping and integration rules for R2R, O2C, P2P, and Intercompany processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan implementation approaches and enable delivery.
