Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking an experienced e-commerce consultant to help clients shape and deliver large-scale digital commerce transformations. You will combine business consulting with hands-on knowledge of leading platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), and Shopify, advising on strategy, operating models and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce consulting, digital commerce transformation, or commerce platform implementation.
• Strong knowledge of one or more leading e-commerce platforms: Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), and Shopify
• Experience defining and optimizing e-commerce business processes.
• Proven experience participating in or leading platform implementation projects.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on e-commerce strategy, operating models, and digital commerce transformation initiatives.
• Analyze current business processes and define future-state e-commerce processes and customer journeys.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs.
• Evaluate, compare, and recommend e-commerce platforms and technology vendors based on business needs.
• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including: Requirements gathering, Solution design, Configuration oversight, Testing and user acceptance, Deployment and hypercare support
• Collaborate with technical teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Support change management, user training, and process adoption activities.
