Job summary

LTM seeks an IT Ecommerce Program Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead delivery, transformation and governance for enterprise-scale platforms. You will drive cross-functional coordination across Adobe Commerce and SAP Commerce Cloud, overseeing multi-market rollouts and platform modernization.

You will manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications, mentoring teams and aligning business goals with technology roadmaps in a hybrid client-office setting in Kraków.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant IT eCommerce program management experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) and SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end eCommerce programs across Adobe and SAP platforms.
• Drive platform modernization, upgrades, and multi-market rollouts.
• Establish governance, KPI tracking and executive reporting.
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Mentor PMs and delivery leads.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional partners.
• Ensure alignment of business goals with technology roadmaps.
