Job summary

TheSilkyWay is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Head of E-commerce Operations to own the end-to-end execution of ecommerce projects inside Shopify and other ops tools. This role blends management with direct, hands-on work and requires coordinating a team while delivering fast, reliable results.

Ideal candidates will own Shopify setup, product configurations, pricing, promotions, and bundles, and will build SOPs to streamline recurring launches and market expansions.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and hands-on in execution.
• Own Shopify backend and ecommerce operations end-to-end.
• Able to coordinate a team while delivering hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end execution of ecommerce projects from idea to live execution.
• Handle Shopify setup, pricing, products, promotions, and translations where needed.
• Build SOPs and checklists to speed up recurring launches and promotions.
• Coordinate UX designer and Shopify developer to ensure timely delivery.
• Improve Shopify and ecommerce operational processes to increase output.
