Job summary

Allegro in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Senior Delivery Growth and Promotion Specialist to join the Delivery Experience team. This on-site role focuses on administrative seller onboarding, data verification, and operational support to optimize delivery options and campaigns.

You will engage with sellers to ensure timely payments, handle basic invoicing inquiries, and assist the sales team with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Experience in administrative support, customer operations, or junior partner management is preferred.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
Good command of English and Polish; Czech is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute onboarding processes for new sellers and e-shops according to checklists.
Verify partner documents and set up seller profiles in internal systems.
Check that delivery options are enabled in baskets and monitor overdue balances.
Contact sellers regarding outstanding payments and collect confirmations.
Assist with invoices, balance checks, and route complex disputes to Finance.
Support campaigns, promotional kits, and platform features for sellers.
Distribute marketing materials and onboarding guides to partners.
Provide daily operations support and log activity to track onboarding progress.
